A Global Call to Action. The Context Let’s Move is a flagship annual initiative launched on Olympic Day, designed to combat the global physical inactivity crisis by mobilizing millions of people around the world. The Challenge Despite the inspiration provided by elite athletes, 80% of young people do not meet the recommended levels of physical activity. The barrier isn’t just lack of time—it’s the lack of motivation found in solitude. The Human Truth Physical activity is often viewed as a chore when done alone, but it becomes a celebration when shared. We found that movement is social. The Strategy To lower the barrier to entry, we moved from "personal fitness" to "collective action." We invited the world to bring a +1, transforming an individual goal into a shared commitment.
